  1. Introduction

The Services are owned and operated by AV SERVICES LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (Company Number 2025-001582525) with a mailing address of AV SERVICES LLC, 30 N GOULD ST, STE R, SHERIDAN, WY 82801, USA - herein "AVS ISP".

    By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our Services.

  2. Description of Services

    3. AVS ISP provides a range of services, including but not limited to:

    1. Website Hosting - Using cPanel To Provide Relevant Services
    2. VPS Hosting - Using KVM and Allowing BGP Sessions
    3. IP Transit - IPv4 + IPv6 Transit Services Provided over Wireguard
    4. Tunnelbroker Service - Providing IPv6 Connectivity and Addresses over Wireguard
    5. DNS64 + NAT64 - Providing IPv6 Only Clients With Free IPv4 Connectivity over NAT64
    6. An NTP Server - Part of the NTP Pool Project
    7. An RTR Server - For BGP Route and RPKI Validation
    8. A Tor Exit Node - Part of the Tor Project
    9. An I2P Server - Part of the I2P Project
    10. An AS112 Server - Part of the AS112 Project

    AVS ISP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature at any time, with or without notice.

  3. Acceptance of Terms

    4. By using our Services, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including our Copyright Policy and Privacy Policy.

  4. Account Registration and Security

    1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
    2. Account Information: When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
    3. Security: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security. AVS ISP will not be liable for any loss incurred due to unauthorized use of your account.

  5. Company Accounts and Authorized Representatives

    6. If you are registering for an account on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity (a "Company Account"), you represent and warrant that:

    1. You are an authorized agent of the company,
    2. You have full legal authority to bind the company to these Terms, and
    3. You are signing up on behalf of the company, which agrees to be bound by these Terms.

    If you are not authorized to bind the company, you must not register or use a Company Account. AVS ISP reserves the right to request additional documentation or verification of your authority to act on behalf of the company at any time.

  6. Permitted and Prohibited Uses

    You may use our Services solely for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
